Rump steak
Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg rump steak
salt
pepper
1-2 clove garlic

Directions:
Score the meat and rub it with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Place the roast on a grill over an oven dish and brown for 15 minutes at 225 C (440 F). Lower the heat to 160 C (320 F) and roast for another 40 minutes. If you are using a meat roasting thermometer, it should be at 58 C when finished. Leave the meat to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
