Brandied coffee (cognackaffe)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups coffee, cooled
1 cup brandy

Directions:
1. Beat the eggs until lemon-colored and fluffy. Add the sugar gradually and continue to beat until the mixture is thick and pale in color. Stir the cooled coffee in slowly. Add brandy, mixing well.
2. Chill and serve cold.
