Artichoke base with caviar
Ingredients:
2 cans artichoke bottoms
100 ml creme fraiche
1 can caviar
salt and pepper
mustard
1-2 lemons
chives

Directions:
1. Stir the dressing together of crème fraîche, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Put a spoonful in each artichoke bottom and fill up with caviar. Sprinkle with chives and lemon wedges.
