5 lbs short ribs
3 carrots
2 onions
3 potatoes
1 pkg. onion/mushroom dry mix
3 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup

Cut ribs and vegetables into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and transfer into a baking dish. Mix well and bake at 375 degrees for 3-4 hours, until vegetables are done.
