Ingredients:
800 g flour
300 g milk
1 ts sugar
50 g yeast
4 ea eggs
100 g butter
salt

Directions:
Make brew from yeast, warm milk, salt and sugar. When it doubles the size, add beaten yolks and egg whites separately, melted butter and stir in flour slowly. Knead dough and make 4 round flat cakes on a well-greased baking sheet and bake until light brown.
