5 sl white bread
10 ea radishes
8 oz cream cheese
parsley sprigs
salt

Chop half the radishes finely. Mix with cream cheese and salt. Spread on slices of bread. Cut remaining radishes in half and put haif a radish on each sandwich with the red skin on top. Garnish with a twig of parsley.
