Bavarian pie
Ingredients:
1 pkg. flavored gelatin, your choice of color and flavor
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
small vanilla wafers

Directions:
Place gelatin in a deep bowl and add water. Stir until dissolved. Spoon in ice cream. Stir until thick and smooth. Fit wafers in pie plate and add the filling. Chill or freeze. It`s a quickie dessert and everyone loves it.
