Ingredients: 500 ml milk (warmed) 3/4 cup rice 1/2 cup sugar 1 pinch salt Directions:Wash the rice. Cook in one cup of boiling water until the water is absorbed. Add cooked rice (or bulghour) to the warm milk and cook on a low fire for 40 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the salt and sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Continue stirring. Pour into individual dessert dishes and cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
