Potato salad with white wine
Ingredients:
1/2 kg small firm potatoes
Marinade:
150 ml white wine
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp chopped tarragon
1/2 tbsp parsley
a little basil

Directions:
Boil and peal the potatoes. Slice and put into a bowl. Blend all the ingredients for the marinade, season and pour over the potatoes. Leave the salad cool for about one hour. Well suited with fish and most meats.
