Smoked tenderloin salad
Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce
1/2 smoked tenderloin
3 tomatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
5 olives
Dressing:
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Rip the lettuce in strips (never cut lettuce). Slice the tenderloin finely, cut tomatoes and hard boiled eggs in wedges. Cut the olives in half. Mix all ingredients nicely on a serving tray. Shake the dressing together and pour over the salad.
