Ingredients: 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled, diced salt 4 oz rolled oats 1 c milk 2/3 c margarine 2 ea egg yolks 6 c water parlsey, chopped Directions:1. Fry potatoes and oats in fat. Add water and salt and boil til tender. 2. Seive and add milk with beaten egg yolks and heat. 3. Befre serving, add parsely or chives. |
