2 medium zucchini
4 red snapper fillets (4 to 6 oz. each)
3/4 cup KRAFT Special Collection Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise; cut each piece crosswise in half. Place in shallow dish with fish.
2. Pour dressing over fish and zucchini; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Drain; discard dressing mixture.
3. Place fish and zucchini on greased grill over hot coals.
4. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork and zucchini are tender. Serve with lemon wedges over hot cooked MINUTE White Rice, if desired.
