Ingredients: 1 herring 200 g butter 100 g cheese 200 g whole-wheat bread (not of the wonderbread variety) 1 cup milk 1 tbsp prepared mustard 0.1 g pepper Directions:Skin kerring and separate the flesh from the bones. Add whole-wheat bread soaked in milk and squeezed almost dry. Put ingredients throught meat grinder and run through sieve. Add well creamed butter, grated cheese, mustard and pepper. Mix well and place on salad dish shaped in herring form. Add tail and head. Garnish with parsley. |
