25 ml olive oil
250 ml milk
25 g yeast (12g if dry)
1/2 tsp salt
250 g whole grain flour
200 g white flour
50 g chopped walnuts
1. Heat the milk until lukewarm. Stir in the yeast and add salt, oil, whole grain flour and chopped walnuts.
2. Add the white flour a little at a time, until the dough is soft and firm. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
3. Knead the dough, and divide into 10 rolls. Leave to rise for another 15 minutes.
4. Brush the rolls with water with a little olive oil and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 225°C (440°F).
