Ingredients: 5 chicken legs cut them at joints 1 cup of flour 1.1/2 Tbs. paprika 7-8 Tbs. oil salt 1 can of mushrooms
Directions:Lightly salt the chicken pieces. Blend the flour and the paprika in a plastic bag. Shake the chicken pieces in the flour and paprika mix, one piece at a time. Heat the oil in a non stick large frying pan and add all the chicken pieces. Fry them medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Add the sliced canned mushrooms (liquid too) and 1/4 tsp of salt. In low heat simmer under lid till tender. At the end sprinkle 1 Tbs. of flour and paprika mix and cook it for an other 2 minutes. The chicken dish has a thick and rich gravy when it is done. |
