Grilled lemon grass chicken
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon grass, finely minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fish sauce
4 (4-6-oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Total time: 1 hrs

Directions:
1.In a medium bowl, combine lemon grass, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and fish sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator; stir occasionally.
2.Preheat grill.
3.Lightly oil grill before cooking chicken. Grill on both sides, turning once, until done, about 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
