Directions:1.In a medium bowl, combine lemon grass, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and fish sauce. Add chicken and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator; stir occasionally. 2.Preheat grill. 3.Lightly oil grill before cooking chicken.
