Ingredients: 1 graham cracker crust, ready made 1 (8oz.) pkg. of low-fat or 1/3 less fat cream cheese 1 (14oz.) can fat free sweetened condensed skimmed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 (21oz.) can ready to eat cherry pie filling (or strawberry)
Directions:In a mixing bowl blend, blend the cream cheese until it is fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until firm (about 4 hours). Top with the cherry pie filling just before serving. |
