Ingredients: 1 C. each: sugar, packed brown sugar and flour 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 C. each: melted unsalted butter, coarsely chopped pecans, and chocolate chips. 1 (10") unbaked pie shell
Directions:In a large bowl combine sugars and flour. Stir in eggs and butter; combine well. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Spread in prepared crust and bake at 325=B0 60 to 70 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. This pie freezes exceptionally well if it lasts that long. :) Makes 8 servings. |
