Ingredients: 1/2 tsp olive oil 2 lbs ground turkey breast -- cooked 1/2 c onions -- chopped 1/2 c bell peppers -- chopped 2 cloves garlic -- minced 2 tbsps chili powder 1 tbsp paprika 2 tsps cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 28 ozs crushed tomatoes 30 ozs dark red kidney beans -- undrained
Directions:In a large skillet over medium heat, warm oil. Add turkey, onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, tomatoes, and beans; cover. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour |
