Ingredients: 1 French baguette, cut into slices 1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut up ? cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese ? cup finely chopped red onion 1 small tomato, chopped ? cup mayonnaise Directions:Combine the artichoke hearts, cheese, onion, tomato and mayonnaise.
