Ingredients: 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained well and cut up 1 clove garlic, minced ? cup mayonnaise 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons lemon juice Dash of red pepper sauce Directions:Combine the all the ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F about 20 minutes. Remove cover and continue to bake about 5, or until lightly browned |
