Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup soymilk 1 medium to large banana 1 tablespoon corn starch 3 tablespoons sugar Directions:Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens - about 5 minutes. Put the pan in the refrigerator for about an hour or until the mixture is completely cooled. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. |
