Ingredients: 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup milk ? cup sugar ? teaspoon vanilla extract Directions:Combine all the ingredients and put into a small coffee can. Tape the lid onto the can to secure. Place the small coffee can inside a larger coffee can. Fill the space around the smaller can with ice and rock salt. (Do not let the salt get into the ice cream. This could be harmful.) Put the lid on the larger can and seal with tape. Let your kids roll the can back and forth to each other for about 10 minutes. Pour off the water and fill the can with more ice and salt. Roll for another 10 minutes. |
