Ingredients: 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules 1 tablespoon hot water 1 cup crushed Oreos 1 cup chopped pecans ? cup margarine, melted 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk ? cup chocolate ice cream topping 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping Directions:In a small bowl, dissolve the coffee granules in the hot water. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, ? a cup of the pecans and the melted margarine. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In the same bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Slowly blend in the coffee mixture, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate ice cream topping. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the crust. Sprinkle with the other ? cup of pecans. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. |
