Ingredients: 1 package (14 ounces) caramels, unwrapped 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons water 3 cups pecan halves 1 cup chocolate chips 1 package vanilla candy coating Directions:Combine the caramels, butter and water in a saucepan. Cook on low until smooth, stirring constantly. Add pecan halves. Cool about 5 minutes, then drop by spoonfuls onto greased wax paper. Chill about 1 hour or until firm. Melt the vanilla candy coating and chocolate chips together, stirring constantly. Dip the set candies into mixture, then place on wax paper to harden. |
