Ingredients: 1 12oz can of room temp. full -strength beer (any brand) 2 tbsp Sugar 3 cup Self rising flour
Directions:1 Very thick batter. 2 Place in large mixing bowl. 3 Take 17 strokes with fork. 4 Do not over mix. 5 Put into greased bread pan. 6 Let set 15 minutes in warm place. 7 Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. 8 Self rising flour 1 cup flour --minus 2 teaspoons flour-- add 1 ? teaspoons baking powder and ? teaspoon salt |
