Directions:1 Cut chicken in ?-inch cubes. 2 Brown quickly in hot oil in a large skillet. 3 Add next 5 ingredients, cover, and cook about 7 minutes. 4 Scatter sugar peas on top, cover, and cook 5 minutes. 5 Add soy sauce. 6 Mix cornstarch and water; add to skillet and cook, stirring, just until mixture is slightly thickened and glazed. 7 Sprinkle with almonds and serve. 8 Pass soy sauce and extra almonds. 9 serve with molded rice, and fresh orange slices. |
