| Ingredients: 500 g boiled filleted fish 300 g carrot 200 g onions 50 g dill 100 g butter ground black pepper to taste salt to taste
Directions:Peel the onions and carrots, shred them finely and saute in butter. Remove bones from the boiled filleted fish and grind it in a meat grinder together with the sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and finely chopped dill greens and whisk it all well with an electric mixer, adding 100 g butter. You may also cook the paste without any butter. |
