Directions:Grate the brynza. Rinse the greens, chop them finely and mix with the grated brynza. Stuff the paprika with the grated brynza and greens. Make deep incisions through the chunk on the side - just enough to let in the sweet pepper pods. Roll the stuffed meat in spicy greens, cover with a special cooking net and cook on a baking dish in an oven. Slice the meat for serving. Serve it hot with a vegetable garnish. |
