1 pound lean ground beef
2 1/2 cups hot water
1 cup milk
1 package Betty CrockerR Hamburger HelperR three cheese
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
2. Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
