2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)

1 can (15 ounces) black beans or kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1. Heat Potatoes, Sauce Mix, water and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 17 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
