48 RITZ Crackers, divided
1 cup shredded BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1. Arrange 16 crackers in single layer on bottom of greased 9-inch square baking pan. Coarsely break 20 crackers over layer in pan.
2. Top with layer of coconut, chips and walnuts. Coarsely break remaining 12 crackers over top layer; drizzle evenly with condensed milk.
3. Bake at 350?F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and set. Cool in pan completely on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
