Ingredients: 1 head of celery 1-1/2 cup of sprouts 1 package of cream cheese, softened at room temperature 1-1/2 small carrots, grated fine 1/2 cucumber, minced 2 radishes, minced 1/2 jar of pimentos (optional)
Directions:Wash and dry the celery and cut off the bottom. Cut the stalks in half, and then cut those in half, so that you have celery sticks about 3 inches long. Place a very thin layer of sprouts in the bottom of each celery stick. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make the vegetable cream cheese. Top the sprout-filled celery sticks with the cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate until served. |
