Ingredients: butter or oil, for sauteeing 2 cups broccoli 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/8 tsp pepper 2 cups cooked macaroni 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions:Blanch broccoli, drain. Saute onion in some butter or oil, add garlic. Combine everything except crumbs in a bowl, mix well. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Mix butter and bread crumbs together and spread across the top. Bake at 375? for 45 minutes. |
