1 cup KRAFT Special Collection Italian Pesto Dressing, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over chicken in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard dressing.
2. Place chicken on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from grill; cut into strips.
3. Toss greens, red pepper, olives and chicken in large bowl. Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
