1/2 cup light olive oil vinaigrette
1/3 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1 lb. beef top round steak
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen asparagus spears, cooked, cooled
1/2 cup thinly sliced red pepper
8 large lettuce leaves
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Total time: 35 min
1. Blend vinaigrette and steak sauce. Place steak in glass dish; coat with 1/4 cup vinaigrette mixture. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
2. Heat remaining vinaigrette mixture to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Keep warm.
3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place on grill over medium coals. Grill 12 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Thinly slice steak.
4. Arrange steak, asparagus and red pepper on lettuce leaves. Pour warm vinaigrette mixture over salad; sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve immediately.
