Ingredients: 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Honey Mustard 1/4 cup orange marmalade 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh gingerroot 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves Total time: 1 hr 20 min Directions:1. Blend mustard, marmalade, ginger and garlic. 2. Place chicken in nonmetal dish or plastic bag; add 1/4 cup mustard mixture, turning to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Heat remaining mustard mixture; serve with chicken. |
