4 medium ears of corn
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
Total time: 25 min
1. Arrange each ear of corn on piece of heavy-duty foil; spread with butter. Wrap corn securely.
2. Place corn on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 5 minutes.
3. Place chops on grill. Grill corn with chops an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until corn is tender and chops are cooked through, turning frequently and brushing chops frequently with barbecue sauce. Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce, corn and salad greens topped with dressing.
