 Ingredients:400 g sugar.
100 g water.
3 ea egg whites.
1 tb powdered sugar.
Directions:Cook dense syrup from water and sugar. Whip whites, add powdered sugar and, stirring constantly, pour in hot syrup and stir until cool. Make a cone from oiled paper. Grease a baking sheet with butter and squeeze from the cone different figurines, letters, stars, hearts and other. Bake in a warm oven just to dry. Take the cookies out for few minutes and put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
