Ingredients: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp. dry white wine 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves, divided 4 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion 1 lb. tuna Total time: 1 hr 25 min Directions:1. Mix vinegar, wine, salad dressing mix and oil until well blended. Stir in 1 Tbsp. of the basil. Mix 2 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture with tomatoes and onion. Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. basil. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture. 2. Place fish on greased grill over medium-high coals or on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. 3. Grill or broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Place on serving plates; top with tomato mixture. |
