Ingredients: 200 g butter. 3 c flour. 1/ 2 c sugar. 1/2 c sour cream. grated lemon peel. Filling:. 1 c apple jam. 3 c chopped candied peel. 1 tb rum.
Directions:Combine flour with sugar and grated lemon peel. Chop butter with the flour with a knife, then add sour cream until there is a homogenous mass. Leave in a cold place for an hour. After that roll out two sheets 1 cm thick and bake them in a preheated oven until light brown. Grease a just baked sheet with jam and cover with another sheet and press lightly.
