35 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
3 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling:
1 square BAKER`S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, grated (optional)
Total time: 4 hr 20 min
1. Mix crushed cookies and butter in 13x9-inch pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. Pour 3 cups milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
4. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
