4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
2 cups frozen green beans
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
Total time: 15 min
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet. Coat chops on both sides with seasoning. Add chops to skillet; cook 6 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
2. Add chicken broth, green beans and 1/2 cup water; stir. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice. Top with chops; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
