Ingredients:4 medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (4 cups) 1 bottle (10 oz.) A.1. Original Steak Sauce, divided 2 lb. ground beef 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs 2/3 cup chopped onion 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese Total time: 1 hr 45 min Directions:1. Layer potatoes in bottom of lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; set aside. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of steak sauce. 2. Mix meat, remaining steak sauce, bread crumbs and onion in large bowl. Evenly spread meat mixture over potatoes; pressing firmly. Brush with reserved steak sauce. 3. Bake at 350?F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese during last 5 minutes of baking. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
