1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup sliced onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
4 French bread rolls, split, toasted

1. Mix prepared cheese product, milk and mustard in saucepan; cook on low heat until smooth, stirring occasionally.
2. Cook and stir onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until onion is tender-crisp. Add meat; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
3. Fill rolls with meat mixture and peppers. Top with prepared cheese product mixture.
