Ingredients: 450 g fresh mushrooms sliced. 2/3 c spring onions chopped. 2 tb butter. 1 tb lemon juice. 1 tb flour. 1 c dairy sour cream. 2 tb dill chopped. salt. pepper.
Directions:Saute mushrooms and onions in butter and lemon juice for 4 minutes. Stir in flour. Cook slowly, stirring 1 minute. Add sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir 10 minutes. Serve warm on toast. http://www.russianfoods.com |
