Ingredients: 25 g yeast 1 1/2 c milk 1 ts salt 1 tb butter 400 g flour 17 g cardamom (optional) 80 g sugar (optional)
Directions:Dissolve yeast in milk, stir in salt, flour and melted butter. Knead the dough until it is soft and elastic. Fill in baking form with the dough up to one third.
