Ingredients: 6 c flour 2 1/2 c water 1 ts sugar salt 25 g yeast Directions:Dilute yeast in 1 cup of warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 cup of sifted flour. Stir thoroughly and put in a warm place for 20-25 minutes to rise the size 2-3 times. Then add the rest of water, flour and salt. Cover with a towel and leave for 1,5-2 hours. After every rise punch the dough down. As soon as the dough is ready, divide it into pieces and leave to rise for 3-10 minutes, then shape buns and put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
