Strawberry tofuti

1 pkg tofu, soft
1 cup sugar, brown
1 pkg strawberries, frozen

1.Defrost the Strawberries and add the cup of brown sugar.
2.Cream the tofu and add to the strawberries
3.Place mix into an ice cream machine and blend until frozen.
Serves: 6
