Ingredients: 3 dl of dairy cream 3 dl of sugar 1 dl of syrup (the Nordic, light and thick kind) 50 g of butter 2 tsp of honey 100 g milk chocolate Directions:1. Mix cream, sugar and syrup in a sauce pan with thick bottom. Let it boil until the temperature reaches 120? C. Add butter and honey while stiring and let it boil for two minutes. 2. Chop the chocolate into fine pieces. Take the pan of the heat and stir down the chololate. Keep stiring until all the chocolate has melted. Lag half a roasting pan with grease-proof paper. Pour the fudge into the roasting pan and let it cool. Cut the fudge into rectangular pieces. |
